Here are some of my favorite WoW Mods.
There many World of Warcraft Mods available on the net today. Some of my personal favorites are Titan Panel, ScrollingCombatText, and KLHTreatMeter. Titan Panel is considerd an Action Bar. It adds a control panel to the top or bottom of your screen. Titan supports a ton of available plugins as well.

ScrollingCombatText shows your players events, damage, and heals above your characters head. It is configurable and removes the need for you to watch your separate combat chat window.
KLHTreatMeter for threats and encounters is another beast altogether. It monitors and records your threat and can list it in a table that is viewable by all of the members in your party that are using this mod.
